Brilliant Home Living delivers to almost any area in Australia. We use reputable and reliable third-party delivery companies. Please note that we require 1 to 2 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your city or region, the estimated delivery time is between 2 to 10 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
You will receive a confirmation email with a shipping reference at the time we dispatch your order. To track your package, please visit the carriers’ website.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
By placing an order with Brilliant Home Living, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.
Brilliant Home Living is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
Our refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. We will not offer you a refund or exchange if 14 days have gone by since your purchase. Postage is not refundable
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us customer via the Order History in your Account dashboard for return procedures. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address in the label. These addresses are usually the transit hubs for returning undelivered orders.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted at our discretion:
-Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
