Delivery time

In normal conditions, delivery will take 3 to 10 working days, depending on your delivery address.

All items cannot be delivered to PO box.

Handling time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays), some remote area may not include.

Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or you have changed your mind, you can return the products to us in its original packaging and saleable conditions within 15 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the product must be unused and in brand new condition, otherwise the return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for covering the return postage. The initial shipping is non-refundable.

Warranty Policy

All our products come with a 12 months warranty from date of purchase. The warranty cover does not include for damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect and lack of maintenance, usual wear and tear, natural disaster or any other external causes.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
