Return Policy

• Bon Bon Trésor provides customers with high quality merchandise and all care is taken into account before items are dispatched. Depending on the items you have purchased different returns and exchange policies apply.
• If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may exchange it or a refund will be issued by original method of payment minus shipping charges within 14 days of date of delivery.
  
• Reasons for returned items must be explained by contacting us via the Order History in your Account dashboard.
• When returning goods, include a copy of the original receipt, all returned merchandise must be in their original packaging unworn, altered or washed and all tags attached.
• Use secure packaging to ensure the goods are not damaged during transit. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during transit.
• Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, Bon Bon Trésor reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
