Once the order has been received, we will post within 1-2 business days via Australia Post or other reputable Courier.
Delivery time will take 3 to 8 working days after dispatch depending on your location. Remote areas will require longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.
If an address is incorrect, you will be responsible for any fees associated with the incorrect address, if the product has already shipped.

We can provide full refund if you change of mind and return the item within 30 days (postage is not refundable). Returned item must be in original condition.
We'll replace item for you if item was lost during transit or the item you received has been damaged during delivery.

Our products have 180 days warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
