How to Return?
Returns are easy. Please note below steps:
- Contact us via the order history page in your account dashboard to request a warranty claim form. We will forward you our returns form and a reply paid sticker.
- Print the shipping label and attach it to your return parcel.
- Drop off your package at any Australia Post office (free of charge), or if it's small enough you can put it in a post box. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is completed.

We offer warranty against defects on all products ranging from 1-10 years. Please note that we'll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.

Q: What are your Warranty Terms and Conditions?
BeddingCo warrants all goods for a period ranging from 1-10 years under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship. BeddingCo’s liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at its discretion) any part or product covered by this (or any implied) warranty free of charge.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse;
- Products which have not been maintained, or which have been modified
- Any indirect or consequential loss.
This warranty applies only to the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required. All works carried out by a party under instructions from BeddingCo will be covered by warranty on workmanship and repair. If the workmanship of the repair is deemed by BeddingCo to be faulty a new item will be provided. To the extent committed by law, all other warranties, express or implied, are excluded.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
