For defective or damaged items, we may request proof before processing an exchange or refund. In such cases, we will provide a paid return label.

If a package isn't delivered within 30 days from shipping due to a correct address provided, we'll offer a full refund.

For change of mind, items can be returned at the buyer's expense for a refund.

Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund.

No restocking fees are applied to returns.

For address changes before shipment, please contact us. If items are already shipped, any necessary re-shipping fees apply.

If packages return due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, we'll confirm the correct address. Re-shipping will be at the buyer's cost. If a refund is preferred, it will be the purchase price minus shipping.
