Delivery and Refund Policy

If you purchased a product from A+Living and it is defective or damaged during transit, you may return the item within 30 days. We will refund your original shipping fee or cover the costs of delivering a replacement product to you if the product is found to be defective or damaged. However, delivery charges will not be refunded if the item is returned solely because it is unwanted.

To return a product, please contact us through your Account Dashboard with your name, contact details, and invoice number to arrange for the product to be returned by courier. Please note that you will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the product to A+Living.

If you receive a defective product, return it to us within 30 days of purchase. We will inspect the product, and if we agree that it is faulty, we will replace it with an identical item upon your agreement. If we cannot provide you with an identical product, we will refund the purchase price (and delivery cost, if any) upon your agreement. If you return the product more than 30 days after purchase or you do not agree to the replacement or refund mentioned above, we will need to conduct a more thorough assessment of the fault before determining the appropriate solution, be it replacement, repair, or refund.

Please note that we cannot provide a refund or replacement if the product has been damaged due to abnormal use. If repair is possible, it would be carried out at your request and expense.

We are committed to honoring consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. This means we will assist you if goods:
- are or become faulty through no fault of your own;
- are not fit for a stated purpose or a purpose you made known to us;
- do not match our description or sample; or
- have defects that were not obvious, or we did not bring to your attention.

If the fault is minor or can be repaired, then we may choose to repair the goods or give you a replacement. If the fault is serious or cannot be repaired then you can choose to have a refund, get a replacement or similar item or keep the goods but get some money back in compensation.

However, you may be asked to provide your order details or receipt as proof of purchase. You may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault.

Shipping Policy

All items are dispatched from our Melbourne, Australia warehouse. Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may require a longer delivery time. You can track the delivery status of your order using the tracking number provided.

Shipping fees include postage and handling fees. Tracking numbers will be provided when your order is dispatched.

We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used is dependent upon the size and weight of each item and the delivery location. However, due to limited access, there may be certain remote postcodes that we are unable to deliver to.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
