Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne within 1 to 2 business days and all of our products include a local warranty of 12 to 36 months, depending on the item. Full warranty information is included inside the product user manual.

Returns

At Andatech, we pride ourselves on our quality and our customer service. We want you to enjoy your experience with us and to be happy with your purchase.

If you would like to return a product to us for any reason, please contact us first to discuss this so that we will be better able to assist you.

If your item is faulty

If it is deemed a manufacturing fault and returned within 30 days of finding the fault, we will exchange the item if in stock, repair it if it is no longer in stock, or refund your money.

In all cases, you will be contacted via email or phone as to the result from your faulty item. Please contact us to arrange a product return.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase

If your product is faulty or significantly different to that shown or described to you or not performing the function you were led to believe that it would and Andatech in its reasonable opinion agrees, you are entitled to choose a refund, repair or exchange.

For change of mind refunds, a 25% restocking fee will also be imposed. However if the item is unopened and unused and in its original packaging, you will be eligible for a full refund.

How to return an item

Please contact the customer service team to obtain an RA (Return Authorisation) number and return details.

Any returns mailed back to us without a valid RA number will be rejected.

Postage charges

Postage charges for faulty items will be covered by us. A return label will be provided when you contact us to get your RA number.

For items returned due to change of mind, customers will be responsible for all postage charges. In the event that your product is lost in transit, Andatech will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via registered insured post.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
