Delivery/return

If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason, simply return it to us for a replacement, exchange or refund. The item must be in its original packaging for change of mind purchases, otherwise a 20% restocking fee may apply. We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases. A shipping fee will be deducted depending on the weight of the item for all change of mind purchases.

Please contact us within 30 days if you have a faulty item and we will cover the return postage where necessary, we do not cover this outside 30 days of purchase.
