You can return your item within 30 days from the day you receive it
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused in the same condition you receive it. Your item must be original retail packaging.
Upon contacting us we will issue an R.A. (return authorization). A copy of the R.A. will be sent to you (via email). This contains instructions on how and where to ship the goods. Please ensure your goods are sent with a copy of the R.A. form (or at least the R.A. number). This ensures prompt service processing.
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you about the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If you return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of method.
You are responsible for the paying the cost for return shipping of your item. Shipping cost is not refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
