ACLINKER is 100% Australia base retail company. All brand new items are covered under our purchase protection guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund.

You can return new products for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Change of Mind will be charge $10.00 for restock fee.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please clearly mark your name and order ID on the package or product before returning.

If customer want to cancel the order after item has been dispatched. we will charge 10% of cancellation fee and postage will be not refund. No fee will be charge if order has not been dispatched.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
