Reviews of Kogan 372L Top Mount Fridge - Silver

The fridge performs quite well but unfortunately the door panels are covered in bumps, completely spoiling the aesthetics.

Not sure why is there a knocking sound but so far everything is good .

I use it for storing various household food items like fresh vegetables eggs, diary products, fruits, drinks and other cooked foods. There is plenty of room in the top compartment for keeping fish, meat and ice.cream.

it was delivered right to door which taken inside and packing taken away as a bonus!!!

The fridge works perfectly and fits perfectly into the space provided. It also looks great.

Delivery was delayed even though I paid more. Half ripped sticker on appliance left. Driver said unsure what it was. Unpackaged before delivered so unsure if it's new or not.

Love that it has glass shelves. It has a great layout for the size with the doors able to take plenty of 2 litre bottles. You can hear the motor from time to time late at night, but this is a very quiet household. Gets cold fast. Would recommend this fridge.

Purchased for our holiday home we were very pleased with the stylish quality appearance. Cooled down very quickly and is actually very quiet. A lot of fridge for the money which looks as good as fridges three times the price.

Poor execution on the behalf of Kogan. Process to get the actual fridge is clunky.

The fridge suddenly stopped working, I immediately inform Kogan. It took them 1 whole week just to send a guy to come and have a look for 5 seconds and said it can't be repaired. Then took another week until I receive the message that the replacement will just be delivered to the front of my apartment, no step no stair. I had the fridge orginally delivered to my door on 3rd floor, I took it from here to the kitchen. I ask them why on earth they expect me to carry the fridge since the product is faulty, it has been a week and nobody got back to me. Their helpdesk email refused to call me despite me giving my number from the very first email, took 3-4 days to reply to me with a dumb question and I guess I need to wait for 3-4 days to get another dumb answer or nothing! Step up your game Kogan, put yourself on my feet, is it acceptable to have your family unable keep food cold for a whole 3-4 weeks because your product is faulty?

Product is faulty, fridge will not go lower than 10 degrees, settings are 2 4 6 8 :/ Freezer warmer than the fridge.. Waiting on support to resolve Rating may change based on that outcome.. But first time buying... could be last time buyer..
