Matt Blatt eGift Cards Terms & Conditions
Matt Blatt eGift Cards are supplied by Kogan Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 53 152 570 351).
Matt Blatt eGift Cards are only redeemable for goods and services at Matt Blatt, and are not redeemable for goods and services at any other Kogan branded websites (eg. Koganmobile.com.au) or any other Kogan branded subdomain (eg. hotels.kogan.com).
Matt Blatt eGift Cards entitle the holder to goods/services equal to the value stated on the card.
Matt Blatt eGift Cards are delivered to the customer instantly via email after purchasing an eGift Card on Matt Blatt. Within the email is an eGift Card Code. An eGift Card Code must be redeemed for credit on a Matt Blatt account in order to be spent on Matt Blatt. You can create a free Matt Blatt account here.
Matt Blatt eGift Cards may be purchased by credit card only.
Should Matt Blatt suspect any fraud relating to a Matt Blatt eGift Card, Matt Blatt may refuse to redeem the eGift Card until it is satisfied that no fraud has occurred.
Matt Blatt eGift Card Codes expire 1095 days (3 Years) from the date the eGift Card is purchased. Redeeming an eGift Card Code after the purchase date will not extend the expiry date. No refund or credit will be given for any unused balance.
Matt Blatt eGift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
The dollar value denoted on each Matt Blatt Gift Card is denominated in Australian Dollars and includes GST.
Where the cost of a purchase exceeds the available balance drawn from the Matt Blatt eGift Card, the cardholder will be required to pay the difference.
You must open a user account with Matt Blatt (for free) in order to spend (redeem) the balance of this Gift Card.
You are responsible for the use and safety of your Matt Blatt Gift Card, so treat it like cash. You are liable for all transactions using your Matt Blatt eGift Card and all transactions using credit obtained from your Matt Blatt Gift Card, including any unauthorized use, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by Matt Blatt. Lost or stolen eGift Card Codes will not be replaced or refunded.
Matt Blatt reserves the right to change these conditions at any time and will provide at least 14 days' notice. Matt Blatt will give notice by posting the changes on the Matt Blatt website.
