For example, if you set a 4-hour timer in continuous mode, the pump will work for 4 hours, and re-start and work again on the next day; if a 4-hour timer in single cycle mode is set, the pump will work for 4 hours, and will not work again until the power supply is reconnected. To alter timers, make sure the pump is stopped and simply press the timer button for over 10 seconds.
