"I have only been able to use this product a few times on simple drill tasks but, because of the battery issue. (when it was plugged in for the first recharge, the green indicator came on at the same time to say that it is fully recharged). In fact it was not recharged at all.... I decided to contact the supplier where I thought I bought it from, company called something like "Lightweight box" or something like that. After a long chase and investigation the company told me that they have no record of purchase this product from them. To cut a long story short; I left it at that,..... When I logged in to Kogan tonight to purchase a motorbike helmet, there it was, in the history of my purchases from Kogan... I was surprised to see this item was sold to me by you. So I decided to send this email to you to see if you can do the right thing and replace that battery for me please."
