"Although the bed looks good , the wood material used in it`s construction very thin. It is flimsier than I expected it to be for a bed. Also we had a problem with the gas lifting struts not working but Kogan despatched out another set as soon as we notified them. Very happy with Kogan response to our issue."
"You basically have to use your imagination to install the bed frame as the guide is printed so bad you can’t see what is what. One bed frame came in 2 seperate deliveries and seperate days with no scheduled time for delivery so you just kind of have no job and sit at home all day waiting for it for days. The package came kind of banged up, the box was torn up in some areas and smelt really bad as well as weird white stains throughout the whole bed frame itself. I had to wipe/ scrub it all down."
"When it arrived boxes were ripped and had torn 3 sides of faux leather. I emailed and sent photos. The reply was it’s only cosmetic but you can see rips in the bed. Luckily with more conversation got my delivery refunded but I wouldn’t order this kind of furniture again"
