"Made the order on or about 2nd Dec.... received auto text that delivery will be arriving today so I was home all day but later afternoon received a message that items were at Post Office to pick up. Delivery service people left 2 of 11.2kg boxes at the post office to pick up. I am 50 year old lady and don't drive.... its not a small box to pick up it is so unprofessional I may not fully understood "Kogan First".... I did paid this so that I can have 14 days free trial just in case if items were not the one that I want it as photo images can be very different from actual goods but items arrived on or about 23rd December that is away pass 14 days.... Over all I would never buy anything that is big for me to pick up from post office and I also cancel Kogan First even though there will be another payment to be taken from my card."
