"The unit barely lasted a few months before the ratcheting mechanism in the headrest section failed sending my body flying to the floor. Kogan were unable to send out a substitution unit because of a $10 difference, and wouldn't let me pay the difference (????), so I opted for a full refund, and then to buy the replacement. During ongoing discussions about the refund, the footrest section collapsed by itself, a bracing weld had failed, twisted metal pipe and a failing anchor. Sadly the build quality of these units is very low. "200kg max weight" in specification, but failed with a 60kg person in used maybe 20 times over a few months..."
