PondMAX Algae Block is a highly effective solution to prevent and control most algae commonly found in freshwater fish ponds. Designed for use as a preventative treatment or when algae first appear, the block dissolves slowly over 7-14 days, depending on water conditions and circulation, helping to maintain a cleaner pond environment.

The product is best used after cleaning an algae-infested pond or to control early algae growth. For optimal results, distribute the block pieces evenly throughout the pond, covering all areas. It’s recommended to limit exposure to sunlight or artificial light to help reduce algae growth. After treatment, aerate the water and remove heavy algae growths mechanically to avoid oxygen depletion.

How to Use:

Place pieces of the block to cover all areas of the pond. Blocks will dissolve over 7-14 days, depending on water conditions and circulation. If possible, control sunlight or artificial light to reduce algae growth. Repeat treatment only when algae reappear. For best results, remove heavy algae growths mechanically before use and aerate the water after treatment.

Dosage Rate:

Add one 15g piece per 200L of water. DO NOT OVERDOSE.

Do not contaminate streams, rivers, or waterways with the chemical or used containers. Do not exceed the recommended dose as fish and plants may be harmed or damaged. DO NOT use in ponds containing fish intended for human consumption.
