The Apuro ultra-heavy-duty cast-iron grill plates are perfect for everyday commercial use and are the ideal non-stick cooking surface when seasoned. Thanks to the ribbed design of the plates, food is cooked with branding lines, giving a premium just-grilled look. The ribbed plates also help to channel grease away from the food into the drip tray – perfect for reducing the grease in food and keeping the plates ready to cook the next item.
Supplied with a removable grease tray and griddle scraper for simple cleaning. Responsive manual controls are front facing so the plates can be independently controlled for rapid heat-up when needed. A grill scraper is included for efficient cleaning in between uses, helping to create a hygienic work area.
