"There is minimal communication after service. Try to get in touch with them is almost impossible. Took a month to get my product but had to keep chasing it through emails. Very poor customer service. Never again"

"These items can never be expected to be really strong, it is a good enough unit for the price. Takes quite a while to put together and I am not a novice. Much more involved than other flat-packs."
