Laica Immersion Sous Vide

This compact and portable Laica Sous Vide Immersion Cooker securely attaches to the side of your pot or heat resistant container, heating the water to the desired temperature anywhere between 25C and 95C for a perfectly controlled water bath cooking environment. Vacuum sealed pouches of food with fresh herbs, fragrant oils and seasonings can be immersed and set to slow cook for up to 99 hours and 59 minutes, just the way a chef would cook it.
