The heat sensitive egg timer is placed in the pan with your eggs and will indicate when they have been cooked soft, medium or hard. The sensor will account for the number of eggs, the amount of water and even the altitude at which the eggs are being cooked. Use room temperature water and bring eggs and timer to a medium boil. Remove the eggs from the pan when the timer indicates your preferred yolk firmness.
