How to Use:

1. Spray generously onto clean, dry skin across large muscle groups such as the back, shoulders, and legs.
2. Leave to absorb for at least 20 minutes. Some people experience a mild tingling sensation, particularly on first use. This is normal. Rinse off and use a smaller amount next time if the sensation is uncomfortable.
3. For sleep support, apply 20 to 30 minutes before bed.
4. For muscle recovery, apply immediately after exercise.
