The thigh cuffs aren't explained or given any diagrams as to how to use them, I think I've been using them wrong. There's No Instructions on how to use the neck or shoulder parts either. "Excellent product. Gives me a lot of relief to an old spinal injury from a car accident, as well as the heat choice on the remote control getting into the back & shoulders. Totally relaxing. A bit of a surprise was the foot massage, I expected it to just be a vibration but it is a proper shiatsu massage, with what feels like little nodules all pressing pleasantly into the feet. Didn't realise my feet really are sore & tired until after I had the homasa massage them, my whole body was totally relaxed. Also the remote control allows you to just massage a choice of area, or several or all the body. For me great pain relief."
