"Seems to work as well as my Hoover branded one did. This one has larger tanks for both clean and dirty water. No trouble removing tanks. Some issues replacing tanks in the Hoover. Always rinse clean immediately after use. This cleaner allows you to use warm water up to a certain degrees which I found helpful for quick drying of the carpet. The Hoover was cold only. I have purchased I think it’s called wizard carpet shampoo with enzyme activation. Can also be used undiluted directly onto stains into an old spray bottle. Nice pleasant clean fresh smell. The price to have Godfrey’s, where I bought the Hoover from, was $120 to be looked at. I understand mr repairman needs, but I got lost in the rest of the dollar signs they were advising me on and figured it would be cheaper to just buy another one later on. Just $500 cheaper than my original Hoover."

"This carpet washer work decent. There can be a high pitch noise that some have mentioned, but this is because the little sponge filter pad gets full. Just clean that and the noise is gone. It does need to be emptied more often because it's small, but it cleans pretty well for small areas. I have had no issues. Not top of the range, but looked after, it will get you through and is reasonable for the price."
