How To Use

1. With clean, dry hands, roll the earplug into a ball.

2. Place the ball over the opening of the ear canal.

3. Flatten the plug to form an airtight seal. Do not push it into the ear canal.

4. To remove, press up from behind the ear and carefully lift the edges of the earplug to break the seal.
