How To Use

1. Remove the eye mask from the individual pouch. The mask will begin to warm up as soon as it is opened.

2. Tear along the perforation to separate the ear loops.

3. Place the white side of the mask over your closed eyes, with the notched edge over your nose.

4. Hook the ear loops over your ears.

5. Relax and enjoy the gentle warmth for 20 – 30 minutes.
