One of the basic culinary herbs, corinader is commonly used in chinese and latin cooking for a spicy, nutty flavour. This is a standard variety, suitable for sprouting, coriander seed production and leaf production. Not particularly slow bolting but fine for basic garden use.
Sow all year in warm areas, Sp – Au in cooler areas Sow 5mm deep, seedlings emerge 21 – 28 days, space 15cm apart. Harvest as needed, 30 days leaf, 70 days seed
