Member"Overall the chair is good value for money and as described. Only 2 issues hindered the assembly, one of the screws that stop the footrest supports from sliding out was missing and the inbuilt socket that the right arm secures to in the backrest was slightly out of alignment with the bolt hole in the armrest, making it very difficult to screw the bolt into it. Once fully assembled though, it was well worth the effort."
"The chair is exactly as it looks. Stylish and comfortable. The lumbar support pillow flattens very easily unfortunately and can move quite easily which both a blessing and curse. The massage feature if the lumbar support is definitely a blessing though. The downside... the instructions for assembly definitely could have been clearer than they were. I also had one too many of one size screw and was one short of another. Overall, these issues were minor in comparison to the positive factors. Having only used the chair in cooler months I am yet to discover what the chair is like during summer and with the PLU chair covering, I'm not excited to find out what the feeling of skin sticking to it is like. Overall, a great chair at an extraordinarily good price."
