Usage:
1.Clip the ball marker onto your ball.
2. Run a Red Ultra Fine Sharpie around the perimeter of the center stencil.

5. Color in the middle for a solid blue line.
6. Wait a few seconds for the sharpie to dry, and remove the ball marker.
