1. Apply twice a day in the morning and evening
2. Wet your face, take a 0.5cm size amount of cleanser on to your palm in the morning.
3. for the night take 1cm size amount of cleanser onto your palm
4. Wet with water to create a foamy lather( foam amount is about size of lemon).
5. Gently massage cleanse the face and neck, then rinse off.
