Directions

1. Apply your preferred moisturiser generously to the target body area.
2. Activate by holding the EMS button down for 3 seconds to turn the device on. Continue to press the EMS & LIPO Vacuum massage button until the desired level is reached.
3. Glide the device along your body gently with an upwards motion. 3-5min for each target area per day. If the suction power is too strong, press the "RELEASE" button.
4. Hold the EMS button down for 3 seconds to switch off.

USB charging cable and cleaning accessories included.
- Attach roller attachment and charge for 3 hours before the first use.
- Always start with level 1 and progressively increase until desired intensity has been reached.
- Apply a moisture rich lotion onto the skin prior to use. Maintain a high level of moisture on the skin through the treatment. Reapply if necessary.
- Ensure the suction cup is in full contact. Any air pockets will limit vacuum power.
- Recommended use: Adopt a 5:2 fitness regimen. 5 x massage days and 2 x rest days. This device does not replace a well balanced healthy diet and active lifestyle.
