Portugese perfection – statement storage solutions exclusive to MB

For organisation that’s anything but ordinary, check out our exclusive Euro range of study and storage solutions…

There’s nothing like smart, savvy and stylish storage solutions to kick-start your work, study, de-clutter or get-organised campaign, and our exclusive range of furniture from the inspiring and industrious team at TemaHome in Portugal includes everything from desks, bookcases and sideboards to shelves and entertainment units in designs which are functional, flexible – and fashionable of course.

Largely crafted from handsome, hardwearing MDF and oak veneer with plenty of timeless white, key elements of the range include desks with nifty shelves, slots for tablets and cable cut-outs, edgy entertainment units, as well as shelving and bookcases which can boldly stand alone, or line up together to make a serious style statement.

“With the phenomenal growth in people working from home, combining work and study, or using an open-plan living area as a home hub, finding a stylish solution that offers space to work and store stationery, technology and other accessories without accumulating clutter – or filling the family room with filing cabinets – can be tricky,” said Matt Blatt.

“Conceived by a team of award-winning designers, our Portugese collection is a mix of intelligent design, intriguing shapes, flexible configurations and streamlined simplicity, with handy features such as sliding and touch-opening doors, adjustable shelving and different sizes allowing for plenty of scope for personalisation.”

Rodolphe Castellani Move Entertainment Unit

Renting? Tricky corner to tackle? No fear, Move is here with the ability to transform, twist and turn to accommodate every tech storage challenge – and look incredible while doing it. Crafted from walnut veneer and matt lacquer, this chameleon can be expanded, contracted, right-angled and anything in between.

Rodolphe Castellani Move Bookshelf

With shelves that move and fit together like a picture-perfect jigsaw puzzle, this imaginative design is made for clever customisation and statement storage. Elongate it against a wall or bend it to hug a tricky corner – whichever way you play it – this is the ultimate urban style chameleon.

Beautiful – and bountiful – bookcases: Ines Martinho Delta 4, Nadia Soares Valsa 5, Ricardo Marcal London

Ines Martinho Delta 4 breaks the traditional shelving mould – and reshapes it as something surprising and irreverent. Crafted from ultra-durable MDF, Delta is not just-on-trend, its unconventional diagonal lines are beyond-trend and perfect to show off plants, ornaments or books in an intriguing, stylish fashion.

With 35 distinct storage compartments, no-one can accuse the Nadia Soares Valsa 5 of being short on space. In fact, with its classic but quirky hold-all style and wicked, wavy profile, this one truly breaks the bookshelf mould. Crafted from hard-wearing honeycomb MDF, this is European design at its best.

Ricardo Marcal London isn’t a bookcase, it’s a serious style monkey: a folk-tale of china statement. With dramatic shapes, floating compartments creating shelves galore and an up-to-the-minute geometric vibe, this will turn even the most mundane book collection into a flamboyant feature.
