Tom Dixon

British designer Tom Dixon has been working in the field of industrial design since the late 1970s. He began his career by experimenting with metal moulding techniques, creating a number of dynamic pieces. His repertoire has gradually expanded and today he is behind some of the largest and most innovative design projects in the world including the Great Chair Grab and the Great Light Giveaway in London. He established the Tom Dixon design, manufacturing and production company in 2002, working principally with lighting and furniture and has partnerships with some of the world’s largest brands including Lacoste, Veuve Clicquot and Audi.
