Dear Lorena and staff at Matt Blatt
I just wanted to thank you ever so much for the beaut saffron mirror I put into
my 45 sq m shoe box house. Although it was unavailable you guys went out
of your way to get me one. I am simply so overwhelmed that I cried when I
went to pick it up. Even now I am teary thinking that you guys did your
best to assist someone with cancer...and knowing how important it is to keep
that spirit up.
Seeing it in my house really cheers me up immensely, and I regret not knowing
about your establishment big time, as I could have done with many items, eg.
corbusier seating.. messed that one up...but next time. If there is a
next time, that is!
But thanks again to you Lorena, magic happened.

Just had to let you know how happy I am with my Karizona
dining table and fibreglass chairs! They look fantastic together
and fit perfectly in the space I needed them for.
Also to let you know
that Peter did not actually deliver. It was a guy name Alex with his
sidekick. He said that he would assemble for me but could not take the
rubbish away. I told him they were supposed to remove the rubbish, and he
did so without arguing. They were both very helpful and nice guys. Thanks again Mel.
PS: We are now ready for our hen's night on Saturday. So happy.

I received my ottoman this morning at 9 am. Thank you it
is lovely. I wanted to say (as the former State Customer Service Manager for
the TNT Group and Australian Air Express) how impressed I was with yoru freight company. The item was picked up late Tuesday afternoon (tracked all the way)
and delivered early today Friday morning. Impressive. The delivery driver was
also very nice.

Hi!
I recently purchased two office chairs from your company via
the website, sight unseen. Very impressed with the process.
Delivery was on same day as dispatch, very smooth process.
Let me tell you these chairs exceeded my expectations in
terms of affordability and comfort. I am VERY happy with my purchase.
I would like to report though that the advertised product
and the delivered product were different.
The advertised product H-8369F-1 (White) is shown on your
website as having a white seat base, but the delivered product has a black seat
base.
I’m very happy with the product and would not consider
returning it, however I would suggest that if the product should, in fact, have
a black seat base, that the image on the website depicting the chair should be
modified to indicate the accurate colour. Maybe this was just a packing
issue but both chairs with the same colour identifier and same product code
both contained the black seat base.
Many thanks for a great product, I’m sure I will get many
years out of these chairs!

such a joy to find some really key pieces backed up with excellent service
handled by switched on staff in Melbourne. This is a great business and would
highly recommend to deal with (my second time). You know, there is a real shortage
of Kartell planters - they just dont exist... cant even buy them these days
even international - how about adding some of these to your great collection
