I received the 4 Hans Wegner wishbone chairs today, all intact and safely packed. There is always some trepidation when buying specific items "sight unseen" In this case I was very pleasantly surprised, they very much exceeded my expectations. We just purchased the Arco Lamp. It arrived quickly - got it today thank you. However, we have a problem with the size of the lamp. We have a standard ceiling height of 240cm. Your site states the Arco Lamp is 234cm high. Unfortunately when we have gone to assemble it, the first arch is hitting the roof already. We have tried pushing it further inside the stand, but it won't go any further. Just wondering if you have experienced this problem before, and/or if there is a solution. Will we need to cut the steel tube, or buy a bigger house?

I just had to write to thank you for the AMAZING daybed that I received from you yesterday. You have absolutely exceeded my every expectation! The quality of the bed - particularly the leather - is outstanding! It is a dramatic step up on the quality of Barcelona replicas I saw at Nick Scali, Noble House and Harvey Norman. In fact it appears to be every bit as good quality as the $5500 King Furniture version! But if the beautiful, soft leather wasnt enough, you also delivered a bed with the dark brown walnut frame I most wanted. I was expecting to get the black painted bed I've seen elsewhere and then to spend another $500-$1000 to have stripped back and restained. I can't begin to express how happy I am with it. Its absolutely beautiful.

I'm writing to commend and praise the high standard of delivery services provided by Matt Blatt's contractor, Peter.
Peter's service was very professional and reliable. After arriving at my apartment on Wednesday 6th December and finding out that he could not lift the very large sofa on his own to the fifth floor, he agreed to deliver on Sunday Dec 10th at 11 am. Because of other commitments, I then had to change the time to 8am Sunday morning, which Peter agreed to after rescheduling other jobs. Peter arrived right on time with the sofa. Despite the highly challenging circumstances presented by a very large and heavy sofa being lifted through a rather small fire staircase, he delivered it in good humor with very high concern in maintaining the good condition of the sofa. My husband and I are very happy with the mint condition of the sofa. Please extend our many thanks to Peter. I will certainly be recommending your product to other people because of the hassle-free service you provide.

Hello Matt Blatt,
Can you tell me the type of upholstery fabric used in your Jacobsen "Egg" chairs? Is it a wool, wool mix, synthetic fibre? Just received my Eames replica 'Moulded Dining Chair with Metal Legs' too. I'm very happy with them. I compared them to a friend's Herman Miller originals and have to say your replicas compare very favourably. The plywood seat and back pads are thicker, the leg welds are neater and the screws into the back pad and rubber mount are much nicer. I'm recommending Matt Blatt to my friends.

At the time I opened the box and saw the wrong item, the first thoughts that raced to my mind were those of "dodgy internet company" and that it would be difficult to firstly have you acknowledge that you sent the wrong item, and then, if at all, to rectify the situation (at my expense obviously). However I have gladly found that is not the case. You emailed me outside of your business hours to let me know it would be taken care of Monday morning. Then several people from your company contacted regarding the error. Everybody was apologetic and never once made me feel like I was in the wrong for complaining. You and your team have gone out of your way to appologise, keep me informed on the progress and are moving very promptly. I will definitely be buying my other Barcelona chairs from your company and will be contacting you shortly regarding office furniture.

What a fantastic highly efficient show you guys run there - most impressive - commendable!! I must say how impressed I am. Most unexpectedly the chair arrived early this afternoon, though I was not expecting it to arrive until Friday or Monday. The transport company you use are simply fantastic. There was a mistake in the spelling of my street name, and the guy actually phoned me to clarify this. A very simple thing, but it is rare these days for a delivery driver to take this initiative.
The chair is assembled and I am very satisfied with my purchase, so thanks for your advise as to a suitable model, I feel confident I will get good service from it.
Only one small problem with it. I am short the 4 infills for the arm rest bolt holes. I have been through the packaging four times very thoroughly, but they are definitely missing. I hope you can scrounge some up and post them, it would be most appreciated.

Although I'm not sure if I'll be able to get to Sydney within the next month so if I can't then I'll take your assurance and order them and have them freighted to Canberra. It arrived within a couple of days and in my opinion it is a better quality one than the one sold at King Furniture. I thought I would let you know that the chair was received mid afternoon following a call this morning from your shipping company to expect it. I had it assembled within half an hour of delivery which is only to say that it is not difficult to do and I am very pleased with it since it was purchased off the web site from the picture only. It is a comfortable chair and the arms are well designed to drop away and allow my elbows to rest on them while using the key board on the pull out draw. So the ergonomics seem to be good. At the same time the chair has the size and support of an executive chair and I think it would suit larger builds than myself, with plenty of seat length. It was as easy to buy from you and better delivery arrangements than a full service CBD "major" competitor and the quality price equation including delivery on this model was more than comparable with their offerings off the floor. Thanks for the prompt service. I would definitely use your company again and you are free to use the testimonial.
