In a year that saw the end of the roaring twenties and the Wall Street crash, Mies Van der Rohe rose from the ashes with inspiring and modern creations that were undoubtedly ahead of their time. Originally designed in 1929, the original Barcelona Bench has become an essential piece of the iconic Barcelona range.

Instantly recognisable for its polished stainless steel legs and traditional luxurious fabrics such as top grain Italian leather and cowhide. It boasts fine craftsmanship and is tremendously comfortable for extended seating.

Our replica is supported by a polished stainless steel legs and hard wood frame. Its generous size comfortably seats up to three people and is available in a range of colours to suit your existing decor. The architectural influence of this piece is a triumph of form and function, with a touch of classic style.

This product uses First and Seconds (FAS) grade American Timber. FAS boards are certified to be only the best cuts from the log, and are sourced exclusively from the USA and Canada.

The inherent nature of cowhides mean that colour, patterning and texture may vary. Inconsistencies should be both expected and appreciated.
The nature of timber is such that over time it can be subject to marking. These imperfections should be expected and appreciated.
