All in stock furniture will be despatched from our Sydney warehouse within 5 business days from receipt of payment.
After despatch, shipping time to most capital cities is 3-4 business days.
Delivery will be kerbside, that is, to your front door only. For heavy or bulky items you may need help to carry the furniture inside.
For special delivery needs please contact us for a quotation.
Delivery time for out of stock items can be delayed due to changes in shipping schedules, dock strikes,
container x-rays, carrier delays and overseas suppliers changing dates.
Dates are estimates only and we apologise in advance for any delays that may be experienced.

We provide an unconditional return policy on furniture purchased from our website sight unseen
excluding lighting. If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied, please return in original, unmarked condition and packaging within 7 days for a full refund less freight. Unwanted items must be returned to the following address in
full original packaging:
