Our delivery rates depend on size, weight and area delivery is occurring. For heavy, bulky or fragile items we believe your purchase deserves a special degree of handling and care. To ensure this we use professional furniture removalists who call to confirm a time for delivery and take extra care throughout the entire process. Your goods will be hand unloaded and carefully placed in your home or office by two professionals.
All furniture will be dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 5 business days from receipt of payment. After dispatch, shipping time to most capital cities is usually 3-4 business days.
You can place an order for out of stock items and we will quote delivery times upon receipt of order.
However, delivery time for out of stock items can be delayed due to changes in shipping schedules, dock strikes, container x-rays, carrier delays and overseas suppliers changing dates.
